In October 2024, Curbline completed its spin-off from SITE Centers Corp., distributing two shares for every one SITE Centers share held and capitalizing with $800 million in cash, a $400 million undrawn unsecured line of credit, a $100 million unsecured delayed draw term loan, and no indebtedness at launch. The company has since accelerated its growth, closing over $100 million in acquisitions in Q4 2024; acquiring 64 properties for $588.8 million year-to-date as of September 2025, including 34 assets valued at $309.7 million in Q3 2025 alone; and adding 37 more properties for $336 million in Q3 2025, bringing year-to-date purchases to 69 properties for $644 million while reporting strong leasing demand and results ahead of expectations.
